I don't know, I just filled out the I-130 and my wife's form I-130 A. Is there an additional form for that?

Yes there is a G-1145, which can be filled out and sent with the I-130 and I-130A to say that you want to be notified by email/text when they have received your paperwork.  If you did not fill that out, then they will just mail the hard copy, and for me the hardcopy came after about 10 days.

Hey Folk, I received the letter from USCIS that says I-130 petition received and it is in process.

My priority date is 10/30/2017. Why they haven't transfered my case to another center? I didn't get that. Some of you got letter says approved. Mine just says received and in process and my spouse Name, Birth Country, DAte of Birth and receipt number.

Hello Keep up,

See the email I got from USCIS, so you can get idea .

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LIN00####2. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.
This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case.  This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS."

I-797 comes with number, the first 3 letters should indicate what office it went to, if you provide me with the 1st 3 letter I should be able to tell what office your application went to.

Sent on October 27th, received 30th, NOA1 (I-797C) receipt received on November 6. But it doesn't say where it's being processed.

Offical letter just saying that "I-130 is received for alien relatives and it is in process. " I don't know why it doesn't say where it s been processed.
Anyone know What s going on, please get this clear for me. Thanks
