Hey guys.

Im a little bit confused despite there’s a lot of information and samples on the Internet, I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right. Sorry if my questions are dumb :)

22a. Was inspected at a port of entry and admitted as... what do I write there? Fiancée? I have found sample that says “Fiancée visa” so not sure.

23.c. Status of form I-94

its written K1 there, but Acrobat Reader won’t let me write numbers. Should I just write K or fiancée visa again? 🤔

24. What is your current immigration status?

im not sure what am I :) I came on K-1 and we got married within 90 days, but it’s been about 9 months since we got married and we’re applying just now (long story). So basically I am illegal now until I have applied? What do I write there?

Ill probably have more more dumb questions but that’s where I’m stuck so far.

(Jeez, that’s a lot of paperwork huh)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thank you KULtoATL.

Ill be back with more questions :)

Not a problem :) Better to ask before filing than second guessing upon filing. All the best!!

Another question - can I send w2 from last year (2016), because my husband still didn't do his taxes? Or will we get an RFE because of that?

And can you pay fee with WU money order?

wanted to ask smth else but forgot
