Hello every body i hope im not bothering ...

I'am from Jordan and my interview was in 10/04/2007

the consular officer said that i didn't convince her of my relationship with my petitioner

and my file need to return back to the approving center

please any one has information for what i need to do now

and how long it will take ??

i have my own immigration lawyer but he can't do anything right now

i need some information about what they mean by the file need to return back ??

what the steps of reviwing my case again ??

im so so negative and im looking to hear what i have to do now

I'm sorry your visa was denied.

Have a search around here, there have been several others in your same predicament, maybe you'll find some information from them.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card
