Problem with printing Form I-864

Hello!
I am almost done filling up all the forms that I need, but I keep having different problems with the I-864 one.. First of all, I am using Mac computer and after downloading the form from the official USCIS website, some of the entries can't be filled and the one making it the worst for me is the Part 5 (Household size).Adobe Reader doesn't let me fill the question " Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit" (Part 5, Item 1, I need to put 1 there.. and since I can't do that, the final adding on Item 8 is not correct.. I tried from different devices and found out that from my Iphone I can print  the form and it won't have any already filled entries, which is GREAT, BUT!!! now the Edition date on the bottom left corner doesn't show up. So I am wondering now if it is okay to send USCIS the I-864 form without the Edition Date?? I will appreciate if someone can give me an answer...Thanks

You can't use the web browser. Open the program Adobe THEN locate the file from file open.

None should be filled in. You have to start with a new form and open that from Adobe... absolutely not clicking on the link to open with plug in.

I know that works.. so mny ppl have said "I've tried everything" - then finally done it right and gone "ooooooOoohh".
