Fiance working in another country after Interview

My fiance's work contract will run out this month and he is looking to work in another

African country until the AP is completed, we told the embassy to email both of us

and call him when it is completed.

A new mailing address will not help as the mail will not arrive in any of the potential countries.

My question is does the embassy need to be notified of this relocation and job change

for other than contact information ? Or is the emails / phone contact info enough ?

His interview was Dec. 14 / 06.
