They may ask for bona fide marriage evidence still, but unless there's reason for them to suspect fraud, it shouldn't be an issue.

Well there was an intent to deny I 130 and we were approved because we proved our marriage was real. we sent a lot of evidence, got the green card and a month later we separated, we didn’t divorce until 4 years later, but we weren’t together at all at that point. I did get pregnant 8 months after green card was granted with someone else, and I’m still with that person though.

After intent of deny, and all the evidence we sent we were waiting for a year before we got an answer, intent of deny was in -August 2011 and in September 2012 green card was granted, we started having problems July 2012, I also have Facebook messages to him and his friends around 5am of me trying to figure where he was and asking him to call me back. And we were dating since dec 2007. In October he left me, even though he came back and we were together in thanksgiving, we got divorced in dec 2016, and the date of the separation is date on the divorce as October 30 2012. But at that point everything was too much. I started talking to someone on feb 2013 and June I was pregnant everything was quick. I’ve been trying to look for a similar case and I don’t seem to find anything that actually helps me.

the officer will ask you about separation dates and when you started having problems as a couple -  they do not care about divorce dates -

they will want to know how you met the US citizen,

how long you were together,

where you lived since you entered the US and

with who did you live at all times.

they will ask questions that are similar to the green card interview to understand if the marriage was real or fraudulent .

they will not care whether you are with the same person you had a baby with all the way back then -

they will however want to know that you were not seeing that person while married to the US citizen.

prepare yourself for a very tough interview -

they will want to make sure that you did not obtain your GC fraudulently and the citizenship interview is the last opportunity they have to ask all kinds of questions - and regardless of whether it has been 5 years or 10 years - they can and will ask any questions they want to.
