It's not "perfectly ok"; I would be startled, certainly.  But if she was hawt,  I'd probably ask for another just to make sure it was a good one. 

 

But when I said no more,  if she/he stopped, I have no legal recourse against them.  Unnerving, certainly.  But far from illegal.

 

Just like taking pics of someone in public; I once overheard a Hooters girl threaten a guy with calling the cops for sexual harassment because he took a pic of her without her permission.   But no, she is in the public eye, she can't stop him from snapping the pic.  It may be pervy, but it's not illegal.

Taking a photo is a lot different than grabbing someone's genitals. The latter is sexual assault and warrants a police report.

I challenge anyone to pull a direct quote from that transcript showing that Trump admitted to sexual harassment or assault of anyone. While the things he said may have been in bad taste there is nothing there to suggest that he did anything with anyone that was not consensual. In fact here is a direct quote from the transcript. "And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything." There is just no comparing what Trump said on that tape to what Weinstein has done. Bill Clinton however would be a pretty close comparison. Now back to the topic at hand. Obama and other Democrats taking money and support from a known sexual predator and only reversing their support when everything became public.

Please stop using facts and exact quotes to mess up the emotions in this thread. Harvey Weinstein did some... TRUMP should hang!

When Bill Clinton admitted to doing 2 women other than... TRUMP is a perv!  But when the free market allows the tide to swing... TRUMP attacks women and should be in jail!!

 

People, stop projecting.  You can’t wish sexual predatorship on another individual. Either his sins will catch up with him/her (see: HW, BC), or the people who make the claims (maybe true, maybe false, we cannot say for certain?) will silently slink away (see: DT).

 

This thread is about HW and the sexual allegations against him.  Which, to give him his fair due, have yet to be proven, as he has not yet had his day in court.  Only time will tell on that...

When someone lets you grab their genitals, typically a police report is not warranted.

 

When genitals are grabbed without consent, and a police report may be warranted, when the question gets asked, “Did you tell him to stop?  Did he?”, and both answers are YES, then nothing will come of it.  Plain and simple.

Could be.  Probably no way for us to really know.  I read she came here on a H-1B.  But We The People only get to learn what the folks in control want us to know, eh?

 

What I DO know for sure is that I appreciate all the fine people here who did and are trying to do still the visa process the legal way.  It’s a long, slow road, and props are deserved by all who travel down it.
