I-134 and supporting documents at the interview

Hello everyone, just a few questions I need some guidance with.

I'll be ready for my interview at the London Embassy soon. I understand I have to present an 1-34 at the interview filled by my fiancé. Which documents should my fiancé send to me with along with it? Some pay stubs and a copy of her work contract maybe? Also, we will be living with at her mothers until everything is straightened out and we can do our own thing as a married couple. Would her mother have to be a co-sponsor seeing as I'm living at her house? Will she need to send me her deeds and proof that she owns the place and I can stay there along with another I-134 filled by her? My fiancé brother in law has his own building company, he could even sponsor me if that would look better. For someone to Co-sponsor, do they just fill in a I-134 and send me supporting documents that I then present at the interview?

Sorry for so many questions, I find a lot of this hard to get to grips with. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thank you.

I-134 supporting documents:

1. Tax return transcripts

2. A few months of pay stubs

3. Letter by her employer confirming her employment

4. Any other relevant supporting documents if she uses assets

If her annual income meets the poverty guideline to cover the household size (herself + you + other dependents [if any]), then she doesn't need to get a co-sponsor. If she needs a co-sponsor, the co-sponsor will submit a separate I-134 and supporting documents mentioned above. Same rule applies, his annual income must be sufficient to cover himself, his other dependents plus you.

To check the poverty guideline for each household size, refer to: https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Your fiancée needs to send you a newly dated and signed letter of intent as well, if it's required by your embassy.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
