La Colombiana will get her first taste of California on Friday as we get away for 3 days in San Diego. Hoping to have a fun time. Sadly we never truly had a honeymoon after our wedding 4 years ago. The one time we had such a vacation 2 years ago we had the MIL along with us. So, we're sort of hoping that this trip to SD will be a mini-honeymoon (mini-moon?).

Oh, nice! Hope you guys have fun! We didn't have a honeymoon either. We traveled more while we had a long distance relationship that included a tour in Afghanistan, than after we got married lol

Ah. Snow.  Sorry.   I'm a flatlander on the coast - we don't do that stuff.  Now 54 inches o water with severe flooding and super damage - ya - we do that here.   Oh - we also won the World Pennant in Baseball.  

 

But I know this - since yer in a snow-bound area, you have snow-ish gear to get you through the winter.   Yer gear is ready, or replaced with new?

We also do flooding here too.  

 

Snow gear is at the ready and my snow tires are getting delivered tomorrow.  Impromptu snow storm on the way home left me sad over the hockey pucks I currently have for tires.  

 

Wanna give me 20k for a mud room?  I could really use one.
