I just went to the dentist and they did a fluoride treatment that leaves your teeth feeling “fuzzy” for the rest of the day.  My teeth feel gross.

On the other hand, Nik looks amazing and has been an inspiration to me!  Thanks for the book recommend, I was looking at that exact one on amazon, but debating spending the money.  Now I know it’s worth it. :)

Hour glass shape here but a belly I'm just now being able to correct after the Jedi. I didn't know for the longest time I has diastasis recti so I did more damage then good at first. By the time I get the kids to bed I don't want to do anything but chill.

The Tornado takes every ounce of energy I have just to not loose my mind. Then you have the Jedi who wakes anytime between 4 and 5 am. I would love to go to the gym but I have no one to go with and going alone sucks. Actually I just need a walking buddy like I had in Canada and my extra weight would drop off pretty fast. Sadly every time I think I have something good going something else gets in the way. Then you have my food allergies and man if I cut them all out I have nothing left to eat and I still don't drop the pounds. So now I also have adrenal fatigue.

Next, there's an extraordinary amount of fooks on the streets today...

Next, I took a few days off. The office calls me panicking about ####....

And, I wasn't planning on going in till...

Like 2 Mondays from now.

Then I'm only going in for 4 days, then taking off the rest of November.

See if I can get some fishin' ana huntin' done...

Many men have back issues because of the wallet in the back pocket.

Fingers crossed they don't call you too much.

Thanks! I'll check it out. I'm frustrated with my lack of self-control. We have a gym here in the building where I work, but <here come my excuses> it's a pain in the ### to bring workout clothes and stuff to shower after, when you commute 1 hour/ each way to work. I would really like to go to the gym that's a few blocks away where they have Body Combat. I'm a Les Mills gal (well, was) and Combat has always helped with my anxiety and added the much needed cardio. Before moving to the US I was in the gym 6 days a week.

I mentioned here before that ARG is a pretty image driven country. I will get off the plane in December and the first thing that will come out of someone's mouth will be.... humm what happened to you?

Funny anecdote... during my first year of college, I had an internship at a hotel. When you work at hotels, you need to have a lot of self restrain when it comes to food, especially if it's a 5*. All food that's left over, it's usually put out there for employees. I put on 20 lbs in 2.5  months. School was about to start again and I had gone to pay tuition (the 90s...no paying online). The finance secretary that took my payment,  took one hard look at me... scanned me up and down and said.. C'ma'am, is it me or you've gained a little weight?

I will never forget her

Sounds like it's a 24 hour fitness gym.   The nice part about them is the classes are included in the price and you can go to any of the local 24 hour fitness gyms to find classes that fit in your schedule.  You can also get kids club there for up to 2 hours at a time.  Ask about $10/month kids club... The sales managers can override the normal $27/month price.

Also if you have a costco membership you can buy a 2 year limited term membership for $400-$600 (depending on the gym level)  The $400 for sport gyms works out to about $16/month which is cheaper than the $30/month otherwise.

It's possible you're not eating enough if you have belly fat too.  That can also be hormonal issues.  (FYI for anyone with stubborn belly fat.)

Man all I gotta say is, when I'm at work, I ALWAYS get to nap.

When I'm at home, I NEVER get to nap.

Here comes the little turtle, sinking the iPad in my face, "pumpkin house? Mickey mouse angry? Pink panther baby?"....

No I eat enough, most of it is hormonal but my doctor likes to ignore me. Says my thyroid is fine. I know my body and I know it's out of wack but he seems to think it's normal part of getting older. He's about to be replace if he doesn't get me my referral to an endo soon.
