Actually had Many (2+2+1) hours to sleep last night, so took Heap Strong medicine, abused body of we man.

Amazing improvement of abused body this morn, maybe repeat take-medicining tonight man.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I took the dog to the Vet yesterday. Been having trouble coming up the steps, but nothing else. She is 8, so I thought age might be catching up with her. One dose of anti-inflammatory and she's like a puppy. She still has arthritis, but I suppose right now she doesn't care.

 

MIL has suddenly understood, she's actually moving. She has an entire house and the contents to dispose of. So she's having second thoughts. I'm not. I've already started packing.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I got a gelish manicure for the first time and it looks nice. hopefully, I'll be able to keep it intact until Xmas since it's supposed to last 21 days, but who knows. I'm terrible when it comes to having nice nails, thanks to my job.

 

Excited about this being the last week of work before the Holidays and my 3 or so months dedicated to my art, volunteering, exercise, and health plan. I've never fully had that opportunity before, I was either in college, working or both, and I was full of excuses. So I'm actually happy I have the money and time to do it now. It's hard being away from my husband of course, but if USCIS delayed our process by at least 5 months, I can either stay mad and keep complaining about it, or invest the extra time productively. Work on becoming a better human overall. 

I'm looking forward to it.

➺ 12/15/17 NOA2 finally! after 10 1/2 months. 

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.

So, today, I had to interview 2 applicants and had to meet someone...

I went in, cancelled the 2 interviews, and went to have lunch appointment, went home to butcher deer :P

I know I know...That's not very nice of me right?

I do feel bad. But it was 60 degrees, and we're expecting rain. The deer can't wait...

Both my doorbells are busted. The Hillbilly never fixed them when he bought the place. I keep looking at them saying I need to get it done but I have bigger issues to fix. 

 

Have I mentioned how I hate this house??

Wireless ones?  Stick one outside and done.  We cut out the hardwired ones when we moved into here.  They never worked quite right.

 

You've reminded me that I need to fix our chime.  The troll was playing with it and made both the front and back doors have the same chime, which is annoying because it is 50/50 which one people are at.

Now tinkering with the wife's new iphone. what a PITA! 

 

Android= phone to phone data transfer. 

 

Iphone to iphone + not enough icloud space = iphone back up to PC thru iTunes, then PC back to new phone thru iTunes....
