So, even though he has yet to finish my upstairs wall, downstairs shelves, new water heater install, and a variety of other things... the Dane wants to replace all of our HVAC ducts.  Is he kidding me right now?  Yes, please add the asbestos, horse hair lined mess of our ductwork to the ever growing list of things you are working on.  Not.

We were about to leave for the supermarket with Mini-B. when Mama T-B. called, call senior she man.

Went there first, see senior she man.

Loaded Many (2+2) bags of donation-clothes & box of records into T-B.-mobile trunk, loaded we man.

Donated bags of donation-clothes, propitious timing man.

Supermarketed with Mini-B., shop we & wee man.

Cashieress forgot to tally our coupon, grrrr man.

Had to wait in line at Disservice Desk for refund, wait we man.

Finally returned to casa to face cold lunch & 2 laundry loads with which to deal, beautiful day man.

I've just been trying to watch tv coverage of the NZ Santa parade online. The guy behind the camera is either drunk or having repeated seizures. Swooping around, out of focus, fixated on peoples feet.

I can only hear it if I really listen and stand next to it. Finishing touches tomorrow.

 

Oh and I have Charlie horses in every part of my body putting this sucker in. It only took an hour to hook it all up with the kids interfering. The rest of the time was running around and grabbing a few things that the book screwed up on sizing

We did the usual two Saturday laundry loads quite early, ahead of power curve we man.

We then did the guest-room bedding, extra man.

We then convinced Mrs. T-B. to root through her hamper and give us her stuff, bonus load man.

This means only Many (2+1) loads on Sunday, free we man.

 

We want to try to take Mini-B. to this Mexican haircut place where the 2 lady barberettes speak Spanish, communicate with wee man.

We dunno how successful we might be, no man.

Might have to bribe him, only chance man.

Got a partially decent nap, necessary zzz man.

Then had "movie night" with Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B., explanation follows man.

 

Mrs. T-B. arranges pillows/blankets on rug in front of TV, arrange she man.

She then pops popcorn and puts it into these movie-theater popcorn bags bought in a pack at the dollar store, fake man.

We then turn out the lights and watch a DVD, see we in the dark man.

 

Tonight's movie was almost "Cars," our hope man.

However, Mini-B. overruled this in favor of "Ice Age," OK too man.

Popcorn was finished early, ingest we and she and wee man.

Mrs. T-B. then stank up the whole casa by burning the pizza, vulcanized completely man.

Too bad it didn't stink up her laundered clothes, still in warsher man.

 

Dished the warsher, mandatory Saturday man.

Spent several hours doing POTS accounting work, save on CPA fees man.

Cat then awoke and wanted to play with little fuzzy ball, energetic miu man.

 

Cat now purringly on lap, whack us with athletic tail miu man.

Mrs. T-B. stirring in bedroom, stir she man.

We are rather stuck where we are, heaven frowns on disturbing a dozing cat man.

My workplace at 24hour sure has gone downhill since I dont work.  My friend (who was also my immediate supervisor) was remarking on how much work she had to do now that I was gone.  Well durr.. i did most of your job! But this place is a mess.  Whatever, they are working their butts off to keep her here.  They didnt work to keep me, but thats their loss!
