We (and WCG) attended this ES to keep our impressive weekly GS/ES attendance streak alive, alive we man.

The take, see man:

Of note, just as WCG & we were leaving, an assaultive shrew shrewishly assaulted the ES operator by telling him that neighbors were complaining and that he'd have to shut the ES down, bossy she man.  She said, "Holding an ES is a Board decision and we didn't vote on this."  ES guy said, "That's Dave's [seller] problem."  She said, "Where is Dave?"  He said, "California."  She said, "What's your name?"  He calmly said, "None of your business," and went back inside.

 

The shrew glared at us as she huffed off, huffy assaultive shrewish she man.

WCG & we were mightily impressed at the composure of the ES guy, who'd obviously faced such before, composed he man.

WCG & we were active on Black Friday, shop we man.

 

Went first to our favorite resale place, everything half-price man.

We scored Many (2+2+2) underwears for Mini-B., a new-with-tag long-sleeved pullover shirt, & dress-slacks = $Many

    ($2x2x2+2), steal man.

WCG scored 2 Jos. A. Bank shirts, some dress-shoes,  and a Jos. A. Bank tuxedo/tie/cummerbund = $Many 

    ($2x2x2x2+2), steal man.

 

Next went to ES, reported above man.

 

Next went to Northern Tool + Equipment, macho we man.

We scored a Many-foot outdoor extension-cord at less than half-price, steal man.

Also got a Many-foot fold-in-half table at less than half-price, steal man.

Also got a Many-pack of D-cell batteries at reg. price and a Many-pack of magnetic clips at $1 off, OK man.

WCG scored many trailer-hitch items, deep discounts man.

We left very well pleased, pleased we & WCG man.

 

Next went to NAPA Auto Parts, macho we man.

We got a half-of-half of full synthetic NAPA oil on AAA discount, OK man.

This goes with the Many-half-of-half jug of Quaker State oil that WCG had gotten for $Many ($2+2) and given to us, quota now man.

 

Next went to Office Despot, practical we man.

We got Many (2+2+2) rolls of mailing-tape at $2 each, can't possibly ever have enough of that man.

 

'Twas a good Viernes Negro, shop we man.

Two GSs have popped up for Saturday, could've kept our weekly streak alive with them too man.

Because WCG has already left for home, maybe we shall take Mini-B., another bachelor session we man.

We have already donated the table-lamp that we used nightly for Many (2x2x2x2x2-1) years, sigh man.

Mrs. T-B. ordered a new dinner-table that arrived today, mostly assembled man.

A neighbor has agreed to buy our dinner-table of Many (2x2x2x2x2-1) years for $Many, sigh man.

We are very sad that Mrs. T-B. is spending wildly and subtly ridding us of our family heirlooms, sigh man.

However, as WCG observes, "it's cheaper than divorce," perhaps true man.

With just one night off during the last 2 weeks, we have dished the warsher for Many -- yes, Many -- consecutive nights, domestic we man.

This is NOT a streak that we wish to continue, semidomestic we man.

We forgot to mention that, this eve, there occurred our first nap in Many (2+1) days, overdue-for-zzz we man.

About 3 years ago, which is up to date.  My son's pediatrician actually had to treat an unvaccinated child for tetanus... no fun that is.   We are all fully vaccinated especially because we often come into contact with people who are unvaccinated (i.e. refugees and people who don't know what iron lung wards look like) .  It should be noted Minnesota recently had a measles outbreak amongst the unvaccinated community.

Most glorious day of the year outside, whee man.

Many degrees F. heading to Many (2x2x2x2x2x2+[2x2x2x2]), cloudless sky, light breeze, Texas Many elsewhere zero man.

Mrs. T-B., having killed herself in the casa for Many days, had her heart set on an excursion, perhaps to beach man.

However, Mama T-B. called, exhibiting "aysheep" or at least near-breakdown status, re packing/moving, overwhelmed senior she man.

We therefore are sticking close to the casa in anticipation of phone calls sooner or (probably) later, respect one's elders man.

We shall do some early laundry or find other ways to bide time, bide-timing we man.

 

Mama T-B. indicated another mass of clothes to donate, can do on Saturday man.

We must also collect Load #1 of Papa T-B.'s classical-music LPs, take to Half-Price Books man.

She still hasn't touched the Many boxes of same in the garage, hopefully not melted man.

Stuff does accumulate over a lifetime, maybe reproduces when we're not looking man.

Between casa-cleaning, cooking, & WCG's visit, Mrs. T-B. seems to have used every kitchen rag that we had, plus Many (2+1) double sets of dish-towels, prolific she man.
