Looking for advice. I am doing one of those Christmas angel tree things, where you have a child to get things from their list. I've got the all of  'needs' things, socks, underwear, shirts, socks, pants, and shoes. From the "wants" part of the little list, he asked for trucks, dinosaurs, and a tablet. I've got a firetruck, and another truck hauling dinosaurs amazingly, but I don't know from tablets. He's 5, am I better to go with an actual tablet, rather than something kiddie?

Looking at an Amazon Fire HD Kids edition, got a decent hopefully kid-proof case on it.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I got the older kid a kid's kindle. Pictured here next to my kindle. The little turtle quickly laid claim to the pink kindle. I have 3 kindles and like 5 iPad's in the house, the 8 year olds favorite is the iPad Air, which was a gift from my Taliban friend (his title is "your Excellency").

The little Turtle's favorite is my kindle HDX.

Dollar for dollar, the kindle HDX is the best. And now it has alexa.

Are you kidding? Do we ever have the right person. As we speak, she's in Big Rock Arkansas baking her brains out.

It's none other than Stretch. You know her as the meanest nastiest mod on VJ,

I roll it up onto the rolling pin and then unroll it onto the pie pan.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Wait I'm not finished introducing her... she's also unfair, biased, sneaky, slimy, useless, lazy, and is short and fat because she has like 6 kids.
