its been two years since i entered u.s with a k1 visa i did get married within 90 days but never filed aos could i still apply or is it two late

Yes, you can still file for AOS just as if you did it within the 90 days. You will need a new medical before approval, though.

If it's from a civil surgeon with a completed I-693, then yes....it's good for up to 1 year. If it takes them until after 1 year to adjudicate your case, they may request a new medical at that time.

It needs to be submitted to USCIS within a year of being performed, and is valid for a year from the date of submission.

You are good to go as long as your married to the petitioner, you just need a new medical before you file that is all. So go ahead get to it.
