I too have been waiting just over 8 months my NOA1 date is Feb 8th 2017 ... I am beyond frustrated now and miss my husband immensely  any advice for preparing my self for finally receiving my NOA2 ... I am really hoping its any day now ..... I am getting together some of the documents needed for the next step such as police check, birth certificate etc ... any other advice would be mostly appreciated ... also anyone here who is from the UK going through this process and has had a medical.... how much is this thing gonna cost me?.... I dread to even think considering I have to go to London to have it done ....

My wife and I only applied in June so I feel your pain to an extent.  Still have a while to go.  As for the medical, it can get pretty bad depending on the number of US vaccines you need.  If I recall correctly my wife and I checked into it and she only needed one.  Basically its 250 pound for the exam and then 40-80 pound for the vaccines per.  I believe if you're up to date you'll only need the Hep B vaccine but this is from memory so don't quote me. Of course, if they need to do drug, alcohol, bacterial tests etc. the cost just goes up. I tried to attach the documentation you can find all over the internet but not sure if it will let me post.

Hello Thank you so much  well I do have my Hep B vaccination as, I work for the hospital and this is something we need to have when working within health care .. I did have all of the vaccines I required growing up so hopefully there wont be much else I need ... urggg I know well lets hope things with NSC get moving more rapidly soon

She works for a care home so we're thinking she may be able to get it prior as well. Here is hoping with Nebraska.  Crossing my fingers to have them here by summer. To be honest, they've been pumping out January cases in the past week. I wouldn't doubt yours will be picked up before this year is up......

Ditto. Let me know how it goes. Any pointers we can get at the NVC and interview stages would be greatly appreciated, and clearly you're beating us there!
