My father is the petitioner of my 3 siblings, unfortunately he does not have enough income based on Poverty Guidelines to support all of them, which includes 9 grandchildren,  a total of 12.  How many times can we use a household income  on I 864? Sibling # 1 has one (1) child = 2

                                 Sibling # 2 has two (2) children = 3

                                 Sibling # 3 has six (6) children = 7

Please HELP:mellow:

Do all of your sibling have the same PD and chances are they will be having their interviews around the same time? resulting in an I864 for all at the same time.  Are there any other people in your dad's household i.e. spouse; other children to be counted towards his current household size. Part 3 of the I864 does ask about other immigrants being sponsored.  If he doesn't make enough he will need a joint sponsor(s).

Thank you Tracy, and YES to all of your questions. I know that my father will have to sign three I 864s;  and let say my father and mother will combine income to support my sibling with 6 children, household size 9 correct?, I 864/I 864a; can we do father's individual income  with a joint sponsor on sibling with only one (1) child?; and or can we do father's individual income with  a joint sponsor  for my sibling with two (2 ) children? Are these possible? If he has a joint sponsor, does he have to fill up Part 3 #2 regarding family members?
