Not really. Currently ROC takes about 12-18 months. There are still a lot of July&August 2016 I-751 filers, waiting for their ROC approval.

Is it okay to highlight our names and addresses by yellow or blue highlighter in every statement or paper we send ? Just to make it easier for the examiner to find our names easily.

I would not highlight. Remember that all docs are scanned in to an electronic format and highlighting could affect the names you highlighted in the electronic copy. The examiners are trained and know these forms well and can find the info they need. There should be no need to hi light names and such. Use a post I t note arrow for one or two thing s that might be odd or obscure is Ned be but do not clutter the app with uneeded marks  they could reject it.

I probably wouldn't do this, as they scan everything in and it could affect the quality of the scan.  Also, they are trained in where to look on the statements so it would be an unnecessary task for you to highlight everything.

We have a joint bank account but there is no much balance or transaction  in it. Only couple of hundreds.  We don't use it often. Thought about having other evidences are enough.  Should I include the bank account or not ? And how to explain it that we don't use it often but use different  bank accounts for daily purchases ?

 

My wife owns the house. We don't have property together.

Did not receive Biometrics appointment for more than one month, had to submit a service request online to receive appointment.  

 

If you do not have joint bank account statements showing transactions of activities of daily living, expect a RFE and an interview.

Thanks. We do have joint bank account but we don't use it often. Our primary accounts have certain promotions and linked to employer and we don't wanna change them for that reason. Will that make enough sense ?

You want to send every joint policy, account membership, whatever statements you have had since the beginning of your marriage. Once a quarter minimum. Sending one or two statements only is a big gamble. People have managed that OK but a lot of the time they will send an RFE to you or schedule an interview.

You will know they received it because your check will be cashed. Then they will send you a Notice of Action (I-797) that will confirm that they have your application and that letter will also act as a 1 year extension for your green card.
