I had send pictures on regular letter paper.

If the statements are the only 2 you have, send them both.

No, they are statements for one year and half. I don't want to send tons of papers. My understanding is to show joint bills and that's all. How about one statement per year for each bill ?

You have no joint bank accounts or joint assets?

Where are you living?  Is there a joint deed or lease?  If not, you'll probably want to explain why not in a cover letter to avoid a RFE.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

We have joint bank account but there is no much balance or transaction  in it. We don't use it often. Thought about having other evidences are enough.  Should I include the bank account ? And how to explain it that we don't use it often but use different  bank accounts for daily purchases ?

My wife owns the house. We don't have property together.

Pinkrlion, in your profile it says online service requested. What is that? And how did you fulfill it ?

Thanks

I would include the bank account, but explain in the cover letter what you said here.  I'd also explain about the house.  They do tend to RFE for leases/deeds, so it is best to pre-empt that.

Do you have driver licenses with the same address?

Ok great. Thanks for letting me know. I would include it. And say we have this joint account but we use our primary accounts often. And also I will include my wife's mortgage copy and will say I pay rent towards it. Is that a good idea?

I would phrase it more like "we jointly contribute to the payment of the mortgage".   You can highlight sections of your bank account that show this if you have that.  You don't want to sound like a tenant. ;)

That's a great idea to put it. Yes I will include our drivers license too. 😊

I advice that you should just bother about sending off the right documents for now and not bother about how long ROC takes to get approved.

The answer to that question is the same as solving for "X" in an equation...
