Hello

Sorry for another question 

I am a Us citizen. My husband just came from india 2 months ago and hes Green card Holder.

I would like my In law parents to visit me.

because I just have a baby and shes also 2 months old.

What are the concers should i be aware of to apply for them?

You already asked about your sister in law in other thread.

The answer will be the SAME.

They have to apply on their own. You do nothing. They need a tourist visa B2.

They cannot babysit for you on that visa.

Nop, you don't apply anything for your in-laws. They'll need to apply the tourist visa on their own and they'll only be granted one by their own merits. Sponsor letter, affidavit of support etc are pointless and will do more harm than help their applications. They'll do need to prove their strong ties to their home country.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
