Hello, hoping someone can help.

I am applying for adjustment of status, (O1 to green card) through marriage. I am an Actor, self employed for many years in the uk and in august of 2016 came to do a job for CBS studios in LA which i did up until march 2017. CBS got my visa for me and I got a w2 for that job and i filed a tax return through an accountant in the UK and US. Since then i have not been able to work in the US as my visa was only for CBS studios. I have done a few jobs via my uk agent in the uk between march 2017 and now...

What would you suggest i put in the 'employment history section' of the forms?

1) self employed with no address?

2) self employed with agents/sag address ?

3) 'none' or 'unemployed' since march 2017 and previously CBS as my employer, and prior self employed in the uk ?

should I attach my acting CV which lists all the jobs I've done over the last 5 years (thats a lot of employers...hundreds maybe)

Thank you very much fro your help! keep getting confused with this one!

Can't comment on the employment question but fyi, G-325A is no longer needed. It has been incorporated into the I-485 and all other main USCIS forms.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

#3 is an excellent choice in my opinion. It's not too much of a factor in a marriage based application so you really wouldn't mess up any way you answer. Now if you said your occupation was "terrorist", that could be important for them to note. 🤣
