Yes me

Then if you consider my direct responses regarding the actual wording of the NOIR, from both threads, you'll see that at least I think you have little chance of being together in the US.

That's strange.  I also typed that the only opinion different than mine that I would listen to is that of attorney Marc Ellis at www.marcellislaw.com  He's in Ho Chi Mihn City but helps people anywhere.

And NOIR is better than NOID

She needs to send in additionl evidence to prove what they say is wrong

send evidence to the office in the US and prove embassy wrong

Both petitions and visas are denied.  Petition APPROVALS are "R" revoked, so no an NOIR is NOT better than an NOID.  Not sure where you got that idea.  An NOIR comes because a Consulate has disagreed with USCIS about whether the benefit sought is qualified for.  You get another chance in both cases but the NOIR is more "final" than a petition denial because it comes from the government agency that issues visas.  No visa and an approved petition means nothing.  A reaffirmation of a petition is FAR from an assurance of a visa.

Are you able to write a little more about your situation?  If all your correspondence was very short sentences, that might be what they meant by "the beneficiary could not present evidence of written communication..."

got that idea from California office when i talked to them thru my congressman

What idea is that and why?  And just what is it you think an NOID...IS...exactly that makes it "worse" than an NOID?

Maybe he does not speak English because the letter says they do not share a common language. The U.S. citizen should write here and explain the case.

To me, it seems as there is so much information on that letter that I do not know what type of advice they are looking for.

So what is the story here.  Age-disregard.  Shared assets/property - disregard

Ceremony?  What sort of ceremony did you have?  Language?  Do you guys talk?  How do you communicate?  How did you meet?  What do you know about these social media accounts targeting 'Merican women?

What did you guys send to the consulate as evidence?

I'm still waiting on a mod to let me know about this. Thanks. @Penguin_ie and @TBoneTX are the only ones I recall, I'll wait for them or any others to inform me of that rule if I've missed it.

I see nothing wrong with offering to help someone get their point across if their English isn't great by translating what they say in another language. Stop being so hostile.

OP is definitely SOL. CO has mentioned tons of disagreement and the comment about targeting American Women on Social Media is intriguing. And Coming from Morocco.. your case is done (sorry, If i am judgmental).  Well if you guys really love each other then it's time for your wife to move to your home country or to some other country which both of you like and where both of you can get legal residency.

OP i respect all old members here for their knowledge. Out of which @pushbrk is the one go to guy who has answers to almost every immigration questions to US. Your only slim chance here is to contact a good immigration lawyer who specializes in such cases.

If you can, contact the lawyer @pushbrk referred to. Your situation is out of this forum.
