AOS Need some Advice Please Help

I need your advice in September uscis send me a letter they need some initial evidence which say,

The petitioner/sponsor on form I-864 affidavit of support must submit a complete federal tax income tax return submitted to the internal revenue service (IRS) fir the most recent tax year. if you were not required to file a federal income tax return under us tax law attach a written explanation of why you are not required to file.

 

We call the IRS and ask them to send us most recent tax detail and they send us 2016, 2015, 2014 tax return which thing they send us we copy them and send to the uscis and he change the status on 28^th September that he received the evidence after that still the status is same and today when I check the mail I see the another letter from them want some more evidence which I don’t understand because he did not change any status online when I read both letter they are both different and I don’t understand 0what they make the difference the say in new letter

I am very worry know I don’t know what to do. Do have to send them with the form I-864 or do I have to send them something else please advise me.
