just curious,  what else are NOT legal in California ?

  • Day 306:  9/18/2018,  interview day--passed and in line for oath.
  • Day 332: 10/15/2018, Oath Day

It's half & half. About 25 states allow first cousin marriage. Lol, forgive my ignorance, I was always associate cousin marriage with hillbilly & midwest states .... until it occurred to me & I looked up the law. Turn out, California is the land of cousin marriage :D
