What does a final Moroccan divorce decree look like?

Morocco specific question.

 

After a long wait we got an RFE asking for ... "a legible copy of the final irrevocable divorce decree signed by a judge or magistrate that shows proof of filing, that terminated the prior marriage between...." So it appears the divorce paperwork we submitted was not the official or final copy (although we really thought it was).  Does anyone have a picture of a final divorce decree? Does this paperwork have a different name in Arabic?

Which country did the divorce take place?  The only time I have read about an irrevocable divorce decree it was in reference to Egypt.  If I remember correctly, it was like the first divorce decree is 'revocable' because can change your mind in the first 30 days or 90 days.  If you do not change your mind, then once the time period expires you can go back to the court and get a certificate showing an 'irrevocable' divorce.

It took place in Morocco. I just reread the paperwork and you may have hit on the answer. He needs to go back to court and get another paper since it has been past 90 days (actually it has been years).
