You can update the spelling when you are submitting DS-260 during NVC stage. Are you the petitioner or beneficiary? Birth Certificate needed only from beneficiary. I don't think it will be a big issue on marriage certificate (only small spelling change of part of the location) but if you want during nvc process, you can add a letter mentioning spelling changed by government or you get an updated marriage certificate with correct spelling.

I am beneficiary. Thank you for your advice.

You welcome. Although I don't think it will be an issue but since you have time, best option will be to update both with correct spelling of location and submit during NVC stage. It doesn't make sense to take any risk
