is this like the parents of sandy hook victims suing bullet manufacturers? i think some of the parents from the colorado shooting sued too..good luck with that.

this might be different, NRA and the industry is running away from these devices and they are not an economic force.

oh, the last thing i read about bump stocks was just a headline saying they didn't want them outlawed but regulated. 

because i guess regulation would work for bumpstocks but not the weapons themselves

A bump stock doesn't shoot anything. Its a piece of plastic with no barrel or other firing mechanism.

I saw a video where a guy uses a rubber band to do exactly the same thing as a bump stop.  Anti- American liberals will start wanting to sue rubber band manufacturers.
