It depends. For some Trump supporters, it's only considered sexual assault if you actually say the it. So, in your example, it would only be considered sexual assault if you're staring down a woman and touching her, and stating that you have intentions to sexually assault her. Even if you say it, it's ok provided you use say "please" first.

It was not a suggestion, just a response to you banning Dems under family friendly category. I can see your point but do not think it is realistic.

i think for trump supporters its only considered sexual assault if trump admits it's sexual assault. that's really all trump had to do during the election, demean the accuser and deny the assault. bingo.

If you're referring to so-called president Trump, his base will support that his own admission on camera to sexual harassment don't constitute sufficient evidence to his character. In their alternate-fact reality, their supreme leader can do no wrong. Trump and his base ate trying to turn America into a pseudo democracy.
