Hi my  father's paperwork was sent over for a faster processing time to national benefits center lee's summit, mo on July 3,2017  but I have not received any response for an approval yet or any other information regarding his case. I also have tried to email them at national benefits center (nbc.adoptions@uscis.dhs.gov) and said they couldn't help me and then i call the 800-375-5283 and no one can give me an answer to what's is going on with his case. My mother has already has got an approval letter on May 24,2017 and received a nvc case number . I filed for both of them together in the same envelope both was been received on 12/27/2016 by the uscis. I just don't understand how my mother got approved while my farther didn't and his file was transferred to a another location and still have no answer to his case. if you please be of any help i would appreciate it .
