Thanks for throwing these ideas at me. I'll definitely explore all options with the lawyer. 

 

So if you are doing a PhD, then you could say that it would be hard for you to get jobs in XX country because of the academic differences between universities abroad (like if your topic is not developed in other countries or even if it does not exist or if there are no jobs) and also, language (except UK), because you cannot teach in any language. 

 

If you have to take care of your parents or grandparents, that is another point. 

 

Medical issues also add points (even if your kid has asthma can be something to add).
