First of all, I'm not your 'dear'. And second, not sure if you are familiar with the use of grammar, but if you say, "What is it with these 40-year-olds acting like teenagers dating young men?" that is putting 40 year old women into a category.  Now if you were speaking of a certain group of 40 year olds, or, perhaps Molly in general, you should have stated that. Otherwise, you generalized.  Second of all when I said we all have a God given right to date who we want to, I dont really care what your religious beliefs are and you know that wasn't aimed at "your religious beliefs personally" i.e. your religion,  that was just a common phrase, and you wanted to take the opportunity to blow that all out of proportion.  You went out of your way to be drippingly sarcastic with your words....but your sarcasm did not make you correct. Next time reword: "What is it with these 40-year-olds acting like teenagers dating young men?" and people might not take offense.   And yes, I did take offense, I'm not afraid to admit that, because you generalized and judged something you shouldnt have. So, as you stated... 'if the shoe fits'...

Right, she didn't chose America, she found a ticket in the form of Billy Bob to come here, all these rose colored glasses!!!

When Louis got off the plane Molly's daughter kept rolling her eyes and looking away as Molly was talking to the camera... lol I can just see the future Christmas card now... lol

This show is beyond crazy,  great distraction from immigration! Not to mention we know how things really work, not how the tv show is portraying it. So let's have fun here

Haha wow. And here comes the aggression  I guess I struck a nerve. 

 English is not my first language, Spanish is.  Naturally, some things won't translate the way I hope they do. 

I clearly wasn't referring to all 40-year-olds in the world and you decided to take something that wasn't personal and made it personal. Instead of asking or just letting it go, you had to reply and argue. 

 

The religious belief is a clear example of how things that can be perceived one way, aren't always so. You made it religious by saying ''my God-given right'' What if I don't believe in God? does that take away your right? of course not. Me saying ''these 40-year-olds acting like teenagers'' means I believe all women in a certain age group are alike? that's a bit of a stretch. They look ridiculous dressing like 15-year-olds, screaming like crazy at the airport and inviting men 20 years younger than them, that they barely know, into their house with actual teenagers. Are you this way, or why is it affecting you this much that I made a comment? This is just one opinion, you can take it or leave it. 

People didn't randomly take offense especially when it doesn' apply to them, you took offense. And you decided to blow something completely out of proportion, not me. You decided to become defensive which only shows me that there has to be some truth in what I said, or maybe you're afraid people perceive you this way, who knows. 

 

Honestly, you need a thicker skin. If a random comment from someone you don't know affects you this much, you should certainly get emotionally prepared for the reality: not everyone is going to be on board with your relationship, and you should learn how not to care about what other people think this much. 

As I said before, I didn't mean any disrespect towards you lady, I  don't know you. It wasn't personal. I don't know your life, or your relationship, and I haven't mentioned one single thing about it. 

I don't want any beef with you or anyone, So I won't continue this pointless argument.

We all have enough stress in our lives  

 

I absolutely love Evelyn's dad. he is like a crazy Christian Dave Grohl or is it just me?

I think he is sort of attractive and I was about to feel bad, but I forget he is still quite young!

since he married at 19 I think.

 

Is anyone still watching before the 90 days? Molly reminds me so much of Darcey,

and it feels like they're both having a midlife crisis. They even kind of look a little bit alike, I think*  

 

 

 

 

 

* now I have to specify that only 40-year olds that act like teenagers, which clearly aren't all 40-year-olds in the world,

the rest are super mature, they never engage in pointless petty fights. yep. *rolls eyes*

I think it comes down to her being too young, that she seems to not really think through her decisions and to not care too much about other people's feelings.

she has also been sheltered her whole life, so it makes sense as well. She is just being a teenager. I honestly can't picture myself married that young, I  was definitely not ready at 18!

Gosh I was such a confused, hormonal brat  

before the 90 days has some interesting plotlines as well, and Paul running and trying to throw himself into dirty water made me laugh for like 20 min straight
