I called that one 2 months ago.  A Dominican with family in washington Heights, he needed a patsy to bring him in legally. That was an easy one!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

The shocker is that she is so desperate that he was able to convince her to secretly marry him legally "to sign the papers".  So he has a greencard it must seem.  And when he was leaving to go with his brothers, he could not get out of there fast enough.  I think I heard the tires screeching to get out of there.  No wonder his atittude just got bad at some point.  It must have been after they married.  He didn't need to keep up the schrade.

They both look miserable, and he wouldn't even sit by her on the couch when he came out. I think Andrei was spot on when he called Luis a punk. Andrei is the one person who I disliked at first, but now I like him, he's no nonsense, straight to the point, and of course he expects no games, I think if Libby's family stays out of their business they will be fine.

Ugh David, broke, drinking problem, lousy father, doesn't want to work, all his excuses, then Chris enables him. Make him get a real job, stop supporting him. Annie should have taken the 10 grand and ran.

Nothing to really say about delusional Nicole. She needs to face facts Azan really doesn't want to be with her.

Evelyn and David, boring.

I still like Aika, Josh I don't feel is really committed to having a family with her. At 43 years old isn't he a bit old for gauges in his ears?

I'd like them to revisit these people in 6 months, be interesting to see where they are or if they are together.

Josh said his kids have nothing to do with him, I gonna assume he was a deadbeat parent and probably strung out on meth

If he is gonna have ball surgery he needs to look into some cosmetic dentistry for his teeth.   Wearing "Gauges" in his ears he looks like a complete idiot.

If he want to act in his 20's then he should of gotten him a much younger girl from the Philippines.  Aika is a seasoned pro and will divorce Josh and move on in a couple of years.

You are 30 years old, Josh is 43 years old.

I would consider you still young, Josh is approaching middle age

If Josh walked into my company and wanted a job I wouldn't give him the time of day if he was wearing gauges in his ears at his age. A person much younger would be a different story.

'90 Day Fiancé' Star Azan's Visa Was Recently Denied, Jeopardizing His Relationship With Nicole

http://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/90-day-fiance-azan-visa-denied-149045

I think he is only coming for a Greencard.   Why would he want to hook up with a very over weight girl with a young child unless he was looking for a greencard to the USA.

Nicole has  hit him already a few times on the show, I am sure she has done more of it when the camera are not rolling.   I say give them 2 plus years after he enters the USA and he will be divorced and petitioning himself for his 10 year greencard.

Well he was denied the K1 visa based on the story, so he won't be getting a visa to the US anytime soon. It probably wasn't the wisest move to be on a show called 90 day fiancé as I imagine immigration folks are watching/monitoring as well. Can you imagine what CO is thinking if they see what we see whether the drama is scripted or not?

so apparantly Molly is divorcing Luis already.

if they already sent away the package, do you think they will get an interview?

Interview for what? AOS? 2 year greencard?

Most people that I know don't do anymore interviews after arriving in the USA on a K1.  Just send off AOS and apply for permanent GC.

I suspect he has has a greencard already.

His brother probably coached him how to get to the USA.  Find a lonely female, praise her with love and attention.  Get K1 visa to the USA.  Have her file for AOS, once approved then divorce and stay in the USA.

Simple plan carried out daily via K1

We just did our AOS interview last year.  They still conduct interviews.

But remember Luis convinced Molly to sign the marriage license right away and then apply for AOS.  That was the clincher for me that he's a scammer.   Most likely he has his 2 year conditional green card and can act anyway he wants to.  Now all he had to do was upset her enough to file for divorce and he's in the clear.  Brother mission complete.  Much faster than 13 years.  He didn't look like he was in this marriage for real, especially on the tell all episode.

My fiancé came her almost three years ago.  We did a interview at the US embassy in her country.

As of today she had not done anymore interviews, just fill out paperwork and send in with money.  She has her two year greencard that is now expired, along with a USCIS letter extension that allows her to travel and get back into the USA and work.

Yes that was Red Flag about getting married so fast.

Also when we found out he had a brother living in the USA was another Red FLag for me

Then if you can remember Molly stated "We applied for a Tourist Visa" for another brother from DR to come to the US for the wedding.   I am thinking Luis told her it only cost $2000 US Dollars to apply for Tourist Visa, so go to Western Union and send it to my brother.

The capper for me was when he went to the strip club and saw some "Talent" dancing there, He had a look in his eyes and by the way he was acting you could tell he was into skinny chicks not so much into older and chubbier females like Molly.

I just got an update on the Luis/Molly situation. Apparently Luis is looking for an attorney so that he can sue TLC. It seems he does not like the way that TLC portrayed him during his immigration process. He is also claiming non-payment by TLC.
