Sorry but I found this site after I already got an attorney :-)

My attorney is abroad so can I scan digital copies and email my passport style photos or do i have to mail them in physically?

My attorney is planing to use  digital copy via internet by scan and emails and maybe using shoebox.  I wont be able to be physically in his office until Dec.

I could just mail him my passport photos priority mail.

If not I guess I should just wait until i get there and put this off.

Well if I were you, I would send the physical photos so that you are confident that the sizing is correct (2 x 2 inches). I wouldn't trust anyone else, even a hired attorney, to print out the photos in the correct size. Also the G-325A form is no longer needed for either the petitioner or the beneficiary.

So do I still need to get passport then photos? My attorney in Thailand seems to think we can do everything digitally via the internet using scanners ect. My condo is in Bangkok but I am visiting family now and I am not there I think its best if I mail everything priority with a tracking number. My attorney will finish the K-1 and mail it to USCIS in the United States.

Thank you for your help though.

Yes you will still need 2 photos (of yourself and your fiancee) of 2 x 2 inches. I don't know if your attorney will print your photos..if he's a good friend then he might get them printed for you or else they will ask you to provide them. Normally saying a attorney will not get out of his office to a photo printing outlet to print photos for his clients but again if you can request him then he may do it but remember the following...https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/photos.html#immigrant

Cool. Yea..initially even we thought of hiring a attorney but then I found this website and when I got all the help here I thought why waste money when we can do it all by yourself. All you need if time and patience and a lot of help from citizens of VJ...Good luck :)

Yes , I agree, I wish i found this sight before but its ok at least i can give a review of Siam Legal even though a person can do it there self but for those ones who want help i will give a review. My guess is that Siam Legal SUCKS. I think Siam Legal is not a good place to go but this is unfair of me to say until after, but I have lived in Thailand for a long time and I know the way they think. They only want your money and they no take care customer. lol
