Timeline

 The ban is saying people from certain countries are not allowed visas.  As a US person you can leave the US anytime you wish and live in whatever place you go to. Nothing is keeping you from doing that.  It is rather like falling in love with a registered sex offender if you live next to a school.  You are free to move at any time.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Im not a US citizen, im married to a US citizen and want to move to USA to live there

It is not like falling in love with a registered sex offender. It's like someone saying that all the people in the registered sex offender's neighborhood must also be sex offenders because they live nearby, and then falling in love with one of those neighbors.

Itll have to pass through the the court system where it will be struck down AGAIN for being unconstitutional. 

 

So go ahead and apply.. and try not to worry.
