Hi !

in the interview checklist , I see this about the Affidavits of Financial Support,     "  For CR, IR, or F visa categories: The petitioner must submit a signed: (1) Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ "..

Does this mean I need to bring a copy of the signed Affidavits of Financial Support to the interview ? because the Original papers I already sent to NVC.

Also, Do I need to bring the petitioner's tax transcript & W2 all that stuff again ??

Thanks for your time.

Bring a copy of the originals that you sent to the NVC. I would also highly recommend that you print out another copy of the I-864 or I-864EZ and sign it again. They probably won't ask for either, BUT in my opinion it's better to be over-prepared to avoid even the slightest chance of any administrative processing. You should definitely take a copy of the I-864 form with a fresh signature.

Yes. In general, you should bring originals of EVERYTHING you submitted to USCIS and the NVC. My wife and I had organized all this information into a binder, which we took to the interview. You should also bring additional documents demonstrating proof of your ongoing relationship. Again, I'll be honest with you, all of this is likely over-kill. But in my opinion it's better to have it, then to not have it. During our interview, the consular officer asked for none of this, however he was super interested in seeing photographs of our wedding, honeymoon, and other trips. Good luck with your interview.
