“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

That is what the Graun said.

funny how when they hit that pocketbook, his principals went out the window. He is NFL cancer. Stick a fork in him

He has earned 39 million to date. If he plays this year, it would be for the pro-rated veterans minimum. That would be ~600,000 if he signed today. On the other hand, he has donated ~900,000 to charity in the last year.

It doesn't really look like it's about money.

Sure you have, but that's not the point. Kaepernick opted out of a 16 million dollar contract for this season. If he plays now, it will be for half a million. It's nonsense to say it's about the money.

Before he opted out of his contract last year, he did say he would stand for the national anthem if he returned to football. That was prior to walking away to 16 million, not after. I realize that doesn't fit the narrative.

He did not exactly walk away, but keep up the spin. The breeze feels great
