Hello members please help me out to complete my ds 260, am married and want to list my family on the ds form but don't know how to do that. I have indicated that am married on my ds form with my family information,do I need to upload my marriage certificate immediately after signing or before signing, because i find it difficult to upload my marriage certificate

Do I need to click the add bottom even when am not creating ds 260 for them?

I’m a little confused when you say add your “family” to the DS260. Were any of these family members not family members when you entered? If so that’s fine. If they were family members before you entered and were not on your entry form, you will disqualified.

I've no personal experience in uploading marriage certificates but I know it should be done if you are adding a spouse you married after entry.

The were not family members as at the initial entries but got married December last year with two weeks baby

So my issues is how do i list them and how do I upload the marriage certificate

As I said I don’t have personal experience with this but the instructions should be on the DS260.

And you do need to add a new DS260 for each assuming you want them to immigrate with you.
