thanks for the answer, however you mentioned " OFFICIAL government records regarding your immigration " what the suppose to mean? what official government records mean? it is information the US embassy collected about me from my country, or just information that US ebassy collected when I started the process of the K1 fiance visa.

Could you please be specific?

yes I will safeguard the package, they print that on the back of the envelop, and thank you for the mentioning that.

Look it doesn't really matter what documents are in the envelope.  Just carry the envelope as instructed and don't open or allow anyone to open it!  Who cares what's in the envelope anyway?  You are over-thinking everything...Take a breath and follow the instructions.

thanks peopel for the opinions.

I did not say that I want to open the envelop, or sneak at it, or even try to peel a corner of it, I just wanted to know what is inside since this will be my records in a new country. I am not worried about the medical . I did complete all my vaccins and everything is fine, Hamdoulillah I am healthy.

All I wanted to know is what could be inside the envelop beside the approved petition and the medical, some people here said annotation by the CO, so what the CO could annotate? the questions he asked me during the interview and my answers?

a lot of people here take the yellow envelop content in a pintch of salt, yet when they apply for adjustment of status or EAD or Advance parole they complain they got a RFE or a delay. Has anyone asked why? because sometimes annotation from the CO could make them take a long time to process your AOS or EAD or AP.

that what I think , and if someone has another idea ,please bring it on table.

You sound pretty paranoid about the yellow envelope........If there was anything which could cause an issue with your visa, you would not have been approved.....Relax and focus on enjoying your life.

Since my Fiancée has arrived in the US, and we have to start the process to file for adjustment after our marriage, how do we obtain copies of her medical exam since her sealed yellow envelope has been handed over to immigration on her way to the US? Aren't these documents needed for the adjustment process?

The medical exam is a part of the immigrant's "A" file and are available for your AOS process already

YMMV
