I think, for India, you just need the photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic information pages. Make sure, you write your case number on the top right hand corner of every page of DS 230 part I and passport biographic pages.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I already answered your question and you only need copy of the beneficiary's passport biographic information pages with DS 230 part I. So they don't ask for picture with these.

Hi,

I was wondering if you might know the answers to 2 questions which I have? First, I am uncertain of why the NVC asks for an IV fee of $335.00 plus the additional $45.00 and if you look under the instructions for IV interview at the NWD consulate, it too says you must bring your IV fee with you to the interview stating the exact same amounts! :o Can anyone clear this up for me? Also, when it says what documents that you must bring along with you to the embassy interview, am I correct in thinking that it is only referring to my hubby (the beneficiary) and not to mine as well when it asks for birth certificate and prior divorce termination documents? Thanks :help:
