Hey guys! :)

Greetings from a soon to be new mil spouse! :)

I have recently arrived in the US on a K-1 Visa and we will get married end of this month and I'll be enrolled in DEERS shortly after.

Yet it's not clear if we can (or want to try) extend our stay here, or if we will PCS (likely overseas) in March.
Since it's very likely that my AOS will not be approved by then:

Does it have any effect on the AOS if we PCS during that?

Bine :)

You should try to talk to the base lawyer and see if you can get an expedite.

If not, you should be ok. Just remember to update your address with uscis. There is an option to check if you're military or military family.

Oh. I should mention that the expedite would only be possible once you already have orders in hand. Since they need to be presented.

Thank you very much!

We probably won't submit the AOS stuff until end of November.

So you would recommend waiting with AOS until we got orders?

No. You can start whenever. You can try to expedite while it is pending.  But I'll also suggest going to legal centre on post. They usually have naturalization and immigration advisors.
