Hi everyone, what a great forum.  My girlfriend and I are in the process of filing the I-129F petition.  She lives in eastern Ukraine where the civil war has been.  Due to the instability in the region, there is not a functioning postal system.  But of course, the I-129F asks for the benificiary's mailing address.  Any thoughts on what we should do?  I was planning to just add an explanation at the end of the petition.  But maybe I should call USCIS, although I wanted to see if anyone else on the forum has encountered this.  Thanks for any advice.

They aren’t actually going to mail anything to her. They are just looking for the address where she lives. When they send mail, it is to the US petitioner.

thanks, this is what I was assuming.  When it comes time to arrange an interview, etc. at the embassy, will that be communicated to just me or her?

One more question. It appears the filing fee for the I-129F is a single payment of $535 for my fiance and her child (child is included in the $535 fee). Is this correct?

Thanks!

Yes that is for the petition.

Later when they apply for the visa it will be $265 each.  Each will need a medical exam as well.
