Hi,

Im hoping someone can provide any assistance at all based on their experiences, as I cant really find any answers anywhere else.

So basically I sent a Form i130 back in July without a cheque (my bad, i was really confused) and so they processed my application within 2 days and sent it back to me in Australia with an i797C Notice of Action because of the previously mentioned absent cheque.

Ive now sent that same application back to them, green bit of paper included, along with the cheque. The courier I sent this form back with confirmed that it arrived at the Chicago Lockbox in early September.

Its now currently 09/10/2017 and i havent received a new Notice of Action and my Case Status hasnt changed from the original one i received regarding the absent cheque when i check on the website.

Should i be getting a new Notice of Action? or are they going to go ahead and proceed without issuing a new notice?

If i should be getting a new one and i dont receive it or hear anything, what course of action should i take?

Thanks in advance guys.
