Hello,

im about to send my package for Roc ( i751 ) but im so lost about how i should organize it !

i have got a binder and sheet protectors and put every document in a separate sheet protector but i felt like its gonna be too much i dont want to make things hard for the officer or whoever gonna receive my package! What do u guys think is it okey to send it like that or should i just get papers out of the binder and put all of them together in one big binder clip ??

Thank youuu

Do not use binders.  Do not use sheet protectors.  Either use ACCO fasteners (two-hole punch at TOP of pages) or a big binder clip.

The beauty of ACCO fasteners is that things cannot fall out and get lost.  Your paperwork is going to be put into a folder that uses ACCO fasteners.  So USCIS states that they prefer ACCO fasteners.   But binder clips or rubber bands are OK, too.

We used ACCO fasteners.

USCIS has tips on how to prepare any package sent to them, and as you surmised, sheet protectors would make it too hard for them to handle.  Here is a link to how they want it put together: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips

I have a silly question about those ACCO fastners.. are they available on sale somewhere I could buy a couple?

Smallest quantity on Amazon/staples is a box of 50, which is more than we will ever need. DIY i-751 is about the only instance most of us would be using such a volume of sheets.

I bought a box at Staples that must have had 100!!!  Did not find any smaller amount.  Maybe a binder clip will do for you!

Can someone post a picture/link what a USCIS-eligible binder clip looks like? We just wanna get an idea, lest we run afoul of USCIS requirements. tia
