The people at the NVC have been really kind on the phone with me. It's just getting a hold of them is the tough part. Good luck to everyone.

AOS Timeline

7/28/07 Sent AOS and EAD package to Chicago Service Center

8/31/07 NOA1 for I-485 Adjust Status & NOA1 for I-765 EAD

9/26/07 Biometric appointment

10/31/07 EAD card arrives in mail

11/16/07 Applied for SS number. Told it will arrive in 10 days.

I-129 Timeline

1/29/07 Mailed I-129 package to Chicago Service Center

1/31/07 Received by Chicago Service Center

2/02/07 NOA1 notice date from Missouri (NBC)

2/05/07 NOA1 received in mail

2/12/07 E-mail stating form was transferred to California Service Center

2/17/07 Letter stating form was transferred to Calfornia Service Center

2/20/07 Arrived at California Service Center

4/17/07 NOA2 e-mail notice date

4/21/07 NOA2 approval received in mail

5/4/07 NVC received approved I-129F. Assigns case number.

5/8/07 NVC sends documents to the embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan

5/11/07 Documents arrive in Pakistan, appointment package sent.

5/14/07 Received letter in mail informing us the NVC has sent our package to Pakistan.

5/15/07 Packet received with interview date, DS forms, etc.

5/17/07 Wife's medical examination date

6/5/07 Interview Date @ 08:00

6/5/07 Interview was successful. Was told my wife was "approved" and should receive her visa in a few weeks.

6/12/07 Wife receives passport with K-3 visa via AMEX

7/22/07 Wife arrives in Chicago

I-130 Timeline

1/16/07 -- Mailed I-130 package to Nebraska Service Center

4/21/07 -- NOA2 approval received in mail

I've been pretty lucky... It took less than a week from my NOA2 to the NVC sending off my petition to the US embass abroad!

I-485 (AOS)

12/25/07: Entered US through San Francisco

01/25/08: Legal marriage ceremony

02/27/08: Filed I-485, I-131

03/06/08: NOA for I-485 and I-131

03/27/08: Biometrics appointment

04/11/08: RFE? - Had to redo biometrics because of unreadable fingerprints

04/18/08: 2nd biometrics appointment

05/08/08: Received AP in mail

06/27/08: Interview appointment received in mail

08/13/08: Interview appointment

The NVC dosen't seem to update their automated system too often. After speaking to a NVC representative, I found out my forms were sent to the embassy on the 8th of May and already received in Pakistan on the 11th.

How do you know your documents arrived in Pakistan, do you have any tracking information of them?

My wife e-mailed the embassy "PakIVInfo@state.gov" once I got the NVC case number. She included our names and date of births also in the e-mail.

The reply stated when the documents were received in Pakistan and that my wife will be receiving a packet in the mail shortly.

AOS Timeline

5/07/07- Received IV Bill

5/09/07- Mailed out IV Bill & I-864 Package

5/14/07- NVC said they are reviewing the I-864 Package

5/15/07- Mailed out I-864 CoSponsor Package

5/16/07- NVC received IV Bill

5/21/07- NVC generates DS-230, mailed out DS-230

6/01/07- NVC completes case!

My I-129F was approved on may 17th. Waiting for NVC to recieve the case.

Hi everyone :innocent: our medical date is july 10 & interview date is July 17... praise God for His wonderful works!!!! :thumbs::whistle:

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment
