NOA2 transfer to NVC

NVC don't have our case yet, got our NOA2 on april 19. I am thinking of sending email already, is it ok for the beneficiary to send the email?

Yes you can.

My NOA2 date was April 12th and they just received it last Friday. I wouldn't be too concerned about it just yet and probably give them until this Friday.

Received the formal letter from the NVC that our case was forwarded to Guangzhou. The letter was dated May 2, 2007. I had done 1 - e-mail to the NVC which gave me the NVC case number and 4 phone calls. On 2 of the calls I talked to the attendant on duty. On the first they said my case was being worked and on the second they said it had been approved.

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss! Yahooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Packet 3 here we come!

According to the call center at NVC, our case "has not yet been received". PRAISE GOD!!!! my husband called to NVC today and our case was received 5/5/07 and just sent to manila embassy today 5/11/07.... YES!!!!!

I'm not on the list but my 129f was approved May 3rd and I just called NVC and was told my application was sent to the embassy on May 8th.

The NVC dosen't seem to update their automated system too often. After speaking to a NVC representative, I found out my forms were sent to the embassy on the 8th of May and already received in Pakistan on the 11th.

Spoke to a nice lady at NVC yesterday, called to double check my case number because it wasn't in the automated system. She told me it wouldn't be in there, so I guess maybe K3's are not entered?? But confirmed all my info, hopefully we'll all get through the rest of this process smoothly.
