I see on the G-325a form that the validity date for the form expired on 06/30/2017.

Do I still need to include this form with the latest version of the i-129f? I have read in certain places that this form is no longer needed because all the biographical info is included in the new i-129f?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Update: May 2017 editions of Form I-130, Form I-129F, and Form I-485, USCIS no longer requires Form G-325A. The biographic information questions that were a part of Form G-325A are now integrated with the petitions/applications.

OP the G-325A is no longer needed regardless of the form's expiry date. The expiry date is for their office management's reference only.

Always read the USCIS official instructions sheet and make sure you use the latest edition forms when filing with USCIS.

All the best!

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
