We recieved our NOA2 in the mail today. I was just wondering if the people who went through Cairo know an estimate until our interview from the NOA2 date(today). Any advice on what we should be doing to make things go faster now? Thanks so much

Give Cairo Embassy about a month or so to mail out the packet to your husband then plan another 2 months (at least) until interview is scheduled depending on how quickly the packet is returned to the Embassy. That was the timeline for us but things may have slowed a bit since then. The only thing you can do to make things go more quickly is to be organized and provide them with everything they request so you aren't asked to send it after interview. That can tack on an extra month or two in processing. Just spend this time organizing and mailing any proofs you want your husband to take with him and preparing yourselves for the interview. I'd give it a few weeks. We had our packet 3 in about 3 weeks which is kinda unusual. Congrats and best of luck!!!
