What to write on the envelope when sending off K1 Fiance visa

Hello, i'm sure this has been asked/mentioned before but cannot for the life of me seem to find a post about it...

 

Quick simple question...other than the Lockbox address, what do we write on the envelope for our K1 fiance visa pack that we are sending off?

16th-Feb-2021 - I-751 packet sent to Phoenix, AZ lockbox

22nd-Feb-2021 - I-751 packet received in Phoenix, AZ lockbox
