I’ve been to plenty immigration attorneys and they’ve told me, even though is under the 5 year rule they still look back to your history.

So im writing here to see if anybody has or had similar cases or know of any and what was the outcome.

I never had a conditional green card, my case took forever, we had a second interview, we were separated, and months after we got an intent of deny I 130, we had 30 days to prove otherwise, which we did, we waited for a year and finally got my permanent green card in the mail, 2 months or 3 before that, my husband and I started having problems, we were also really really young, we were also dating for 3 years before we got married, we were married and together for 2 years and 6 months. Green card was approved sept 2012, he ended the relationship October 2012, but never got a divorced until 4 years later. Few months after he left, I finally left as well, met someone, and got pregnant.

I wanna apply but I’m scared, it was proven not to be fraud, and I still have old emails messages that prove that it wasn’t, but they try to deny me, so I don’t know if what happened after, they might start something or just see that even though all that happened after it was proven to be true. I need similar cases if anybody knows of anything please.

I say don't waste your money on lawyers.

Since you're applying under the 5 year rule you shouldn't have a problem.

I was married too, removed conditions and got divorced a year after that. I was naturalized this year under the 5 year rule.

Good luck

Thank you for answering, I hope I don’t, I’m just worried because we separated soon after green card, and in the middle of all that 8 months after separation I was pregnant with someone else, and they tried to accuse me of something, so I’m just worried but thank you again
