Hi guys!

I was reviewing some of the questions and we think we might get an RFE because of this. On the I-129F it asks to write down the beneficiary's passport info if they are currently in the US, which we wrote down when we filed the app back in May, when I was staying in the States, so we wrote my passport info for back then. We had to re-date the application to August and were finally able to send it in September, but we forgot to update this part. Since it says to only file it if the beneficiary is currently in the States, we don't know if this could be right, because I wasn't in the States in August, when we dated the app. On the other hand, on the instructions it says to write down the beneficiary´s most recent entry to the US (that was my most recent entry), so to me, this sounds contradictory. Do you think we could have a problem?

Instructions state this:

Also, I was allowed to stay until October 25th on my I-94. Thank you. everyone!
